This company is exactly why people dislike estate agents. Difficult, time consuming, incompetent, stay away. No idea of customer service. Sadly as they will often be the only agent advertising a property they can behave however they want. When will someone finally create a business where estate agents are no longer necessary.

Terrible flat management services. Dreadful service. Cannot be trusted to provide the service you purchase. I paid for a check in inventory report which was not fully completed and they did nothing to rectify the situation and refused to provide a refund.

GoogleSpoke to a very rude South African clown in lettings who started gobbing off before he’d put the phone down, trying to be a joker in the office. Sadly it cost them the business, very unprofessional business

Do not use for landlords!Rates are well over market average, customer service is slow (they rarely answer emails and phones) and poor and all repairs and maintenance fees are extortionately expensive!Avoid this agency!

GoogleWorst agency, avoid. They only let rat holes. Good properties are with quality agencies. You will not believe the smell of the properties they show. They have no respect to customer requirements. In summary, AVOID!!!!
