Weronika Lajborek - In the absence of our tenancy manager Weronika dealt with my many queries calmly, swiftly and ultimately correctly. Unfortunately there had been an error in the apportionment of rent between tenancies however Weronika took the time to understand the situation, consult her accounting team and ultimately resolve the matter in a very short space of time. She also took the time to provide a full explanation via an email detailing the sums due back to myself from the tenancy crossover. I would rate my experience of dealing with Weronika very highly and I wish her well in her career.

How are this company still running?!

Terrible service! Tenants were given their full deposit back without permission from the landlord and before the flat was checked after their move. We have had to clear all the broken furniture they left, pay an electrician to rewire the flat after they tried to rewire it themselves(?!), replace broken door handles and sockets and it needed a deep clean as the place was so filthy! Marsh and Parson would be better saving the money they pay to advertise on the tube and using it to better their service for both landlords and tenants!

Trying to find somewhere to rent is stressful at the best of times, let alone when you are trying to relocate from a different city, but the process couldn't have gone smoother with Tobi. He understood our needs and supported us throughout with professionalism and guidance on how to approach the offer process. He kept us up to date throughout, was great to chat to, answered any questions and really helped us push it forward to secure the property we really wanted on good terms. The service provided was far better than that received from other agents in the area. We recently rented a property through Marsh & Parsons Clapham in a challenging market. From my initial call to arrange a viewing, the person who assisted me (whose name, unfortunately, I can't recall) was helpful and friendly. Our lettings negotiator, Hannu, was very personable, approachable, patient, and attentive to our specific requirements and circumstances. He and his manager were also highly empathetic when we faced some paperwork delays beyond our control. They actively helped us find solutions, and in the end, everything worked out smoothly. Marsh & Parsons handled everything in a professional manner, which has given us peace of mind since the property is managed by them. We are grateful for their support in helping us secure a great place to live during our relocation to London. We plan to use Marsh & Parsons again in the future and would definitely recommend their services!
