They are terrible. No respect to the tenants at all. After we gave notice, they were bringing potential tenants all the time. They did not stick to the 24h notice and would call us all the time to arrange more viewings. They did not even know basic stuff of the apartment so they would bring potential tenants who were interented in different properties (e.g. different no of bedrooms!). They even gave keys to somebody who came in our flat for an inspection without us having given any consent!!! Stay away from those scammers...

Propty management service is abysmal. We were promised the world when we signed with M&P but they have been nothing short of completely incompetent. I chased and chased and they finally got round to doing the first inspection after 2 years (supposed to be every 6 months).
