GoogleI had an incredible experience with Marsh & Parsons selling my 2 bed flat in Brixton. Getting my sale up online was done super fast & smoothly. The viewings were managed efficiently, and I always had a heads up on upcoming viewings. I got one initial offer that was asking price, but unfortunately this sale was not able to go through. But George & Jack quickly got me 2 new offers, and I accepted over asking which was great. The sale process went super smooth, with only the odd expected glitch here & there, but Marsh & Parsons were on hand to keep things pushing along. All in all a really wonderful experience. Highly recommend

We have been dealing with Marsh & Parsons as renters for almost two years now and they are absolutely terrible. There is no urgency for any request even if it is something important such as the heating being broken for days, they seem completely incompetent at dealing with anything and have horrible communication. Our landlords are clearly frustrated with them but I'm sure it is a hassle to change. Avoid!!!!

GoogleMarsh and Parsons managed the successful sale of my property, and in a difficult market at the start of 2023. They provided a realistic quote for a sale price and we achieved an offer at that level within 2 weeks of advertising. From offer to purchase to completion was not easy as the buyer had some unrealistic expectations. Marsh were very good at engaging with the buyer and myself to bring this discussion to a timely conclusion and were not afraid to suggest measured actions to push the sale to a successful conclusion.
