The lettings area has absolutely no interest in what they do, and no attention to detail (but not small detail, they don't even see the big ones). Terrible experience.

The service we received was superb - every detail taken care of and all our questions and concerns dealt with fully and quickly. The whole process was handled very smoothly and with enormous efficiency, and we felt very confident that everything that we had agreed was being remembered and adhered to - which creates a great sense of trust.
All their efforts were much appreciated. No-one likes paying management fees, but if you are receiving what you've paid for then you can't really complain.
