Googlei joined on the 0 percent lettings with management offer. First time using this agent and i am very happy. Had my property with two other agents but you managed to find me tenants quicker and better than the previous offer i had from a big fancy cafe style agent. Will recommend to others and if i have any properties available in future i will get in touch with you guys again. keep up the good work

GoogleI recently used Malixons' services (as a tenant) and am happy with the way in which they handled my move-in. The agent (Sam) was always on-time for viewings. Though he had arranged for simultaneous viewings (with other potential tenants) I did not feel rushed and was given the attention and time I needed. He was always courteous and quick to respond to emails/ queries.

GoogleWe have worked with Malixons for just over a year as our property agent, and would definitely recommend. Mohammed and the team have been fantastic at sourcing tenants. Zara and Franca also been great at communicating with us. All give clear, timely and informative communication to us as landlords, and give great customer service.

GoogleAbdullah was extremely helpful and held out for me in the process of moving home for the first time. He kept in contact with me patiently throughout, and went above and beyond to push for results and that’s exactly what we got. Grateful for all your help!

GoogleThe team in the office are very polite. Offered us tea & coffee when we walked in. They seem to know a lot about the area and were very helpful in giving us real advice opposed to just sales patter. I loved their fancy office as well so will probably contact their interior design team when i come to renovate our next project. Thumbs up from me

GoogleLied about the availability of a property then tried to show us round a different one in the same building, passing it off as the one we were interested in. The fact it was a completely different property wasn’t mentioned until we brought it up during the viewing. The property they showed us was in much poorer condition.

Hi James, Please contact the office with your details so we can look into this as we do not have any record of James Abraham being registered on our database having viewed a property through us. This isn't the type of behaviour we promote in the office either so very shocking to hear this has occurred so would seriously like to investigate this in case it has been left on our account in error? Regards Malixons

GoogleOne of our friends recommended Malixons to us and although they are not based in our area, we have used Malixons twice for our rental property in North London. On both occasions they have found us good tenants after having carried out all checks and referencing. They were very accommodating and we were not disadvantaged in terms of viewings even though their staff had to travel quite a distance. They are very knowledgable, approachable and patient with queries, whilst providing professional advice. We would definitely recommend them!
