GoogleHorrible agency! Zero integrity! I have been trying to book viewing for property and called 500 times. After someone finally answered and took my details, Ori wrote me an email to book a viewing next day, I approved instantly. Turns out property was under offer and landlord accepted even before I could view it! Very unfair. Have never seen anything like this.

Policy agency is quite simple, as soon as the Landlord is accepting an offer, we have to remove the flat/house from the market even if some viewings are booked. Every agency are doing the same thing unfortunately for the end of the booking list.

GoogleUntrustworthy and unprofessional, do not go with this agency. My partner and I put an offer on a place to rent. It was approved by the landlady and was taken off Rightmove as Let Agreed'. Two weeks later, Ori (the manager) told us it was no longer available as the tenants decided to stay. When the tenants broke their contract, he did not get any formal written notification from them before re-listing. The place should never had been listed in the first place and was a complete waste of our time. We're now rushing around trying to find somewhere because we've given notice on our place and have to be out at the end of this month.

GooglePoor "agency". Rented a property through them, 'Ori' the manager managed it terribly. In the peak of the 2022 winter, the boiler started throwing error signals and his suggestion was to keep restarting it instead of getting a technician round. So many days of my wife and young babies in a freezing house with no heating or hot water. We contacted the landlord who was annoyed that Ori didn't organise a technician. On move out day, Ori refused to collect the keys from the property which meant we had to convince the cleaners to take it to his house, as we were moving abroad and flying that evening. Very poor experience and quite a rude manager in the end. Would definitely avoid this agency.

Googlefor the two years that i lived within a Madeley property i’ve never had any issues with Ori. Whenever we had any issues with household appliances or any maintenance due, Ori got back to us quickly and arranged services/checks/etc super …

GoogleThere’s no agency, we went there and it was a house. Apparently the persons living on the house were on holiday and they were not any kind of agency. They have asked us for a deposit of 350£, money that they wanted us to deposit (we didn’t). Don’t trust them and either give them money.

GoogleAvoid this agency and Ori. Unprofessional. Doesn’t communicate unless you follow up. Took 4 calls to arrange a viewing and suggested we view the property without an agent present and the tenants at home. Ended up sending a “friend” who doesn’t officially work for them and didn’t know much about the property/was asking the tenants questions. The property listing was inaccurate containing flat out lies. Forwards voice messages from tenants via WhatsApp regarding updates. Half of his emails don’t make sense/are poorly written. Made it sound as if he was doing us a favour by telling us when it was becoming apparent the current tenants have yet to find a place and probably won’t be moving out. Could go on about many other things but it was just an all around horrible experience with them. Dread to think what it would’ve been like having to deal with them as tenants ourselves.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI have been trying to get them to call me so I can start an application on a property since last Friday. They said every time I called that they will call me back but it’s been 4 days now no one called. The property is still advertised, apparently they are too lazy to pick up the phone and do there job.
