We've been renting a flat in Ealing via Madeley Properties and all I have is a positive experience with this estate agent. Ori who I think is the owner but also does everything else is exceptional, he responds to messages in a timely manner, anything we ever requested was not too much of a problem. Ori is not like your typical estate agent, he cares and wants to make your life easier. We couldn't hand the keys back in person and we moved far away so he suggested we send them by post which was very convenient for us. We also raised a few problems with the flat when we first moved in and those were resolved in a short time too. The price for the place was exceptionally good too. I would recommend Madeley Properties as an estate agent to everyone who is trying to find a place to live

Will never forget what this agency did to me,all nice at the start until they started sending contractors in my apartment without my permission.I will find out when I get home and something had been damaged.Also they started refurbishing works in the flat so I was unable to sleep.I will speak to a lady called Milena who will be of no help,get rude to me.I ended up having to move out that flat,and Madley were fully in support of the landlord trying to take all my deposit after all they did and even tried giving a bad reference.And even when I escalated the issue,the top manager Matt took sides with Milena.

Here’s a strong but professional negative review you can use: ⸻ I’m extremely disappointed with the service from this Madeley property agent. I followed up consistently for three weeks just to get an appointment scheduled, and despite multiple calls and messages, no appointment was ever given. The communication was poor, responses were delayed and there was no sense of urgency or professionalism. It honestly feels like the team is working remotely without any accountability or commitment to doing their jobs on time. If this is how potential clients are treated before even securing an appointment, I can’t imagine how things would be handled once you’re actually in the process. Very frustrating experience and not what I expected from a property agent. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Madeley Properties is run by a delightful, kind and honest man. In our experience (2.5 years), this company have been more than helpful, efficient and trustworthy. Ori has been available from the word go, arranging beautiful photos which arrived on right move very quickly, he was very available and flexible for viewings and he arranged many helpful jobs to be done by local tradespeople at very reasonable prices. All transactions were on time with professional receipts etc. Our tenant was also very happy with Ori's helpfulness. This local business deserves to do very well as the service is much, much better and cheaper than its competitors for both letters and tenants.
