GoogleSad excuse of an estate agent. Employees are nice enough, but incredibly unprofessional in how they conduct themselves around potential clients, both by email and in person. Pictures of the flat online were of a completely one than the one shown to me. I mentioned this and the young woman showing me around either genuinely didn't know showing a lack of care or was trying to downright lie to me neither of which I appreciated. Furthermore, they will also continue emailing you even though you have unsubscribed from all emails (even for flats on the other end of town from where we were looking - makes zero sense) After experiencing a little of this myself and reading the reviews online I'm glad I didn't end up going with them. Avoid.

GoogleMarta handled the viewing with such good care, protecting myself and the tenants when I went viewing during this difficult time of Covid-19. She followed up with me for the apartment and was able to refer me to other listings they had in the same price range after the one I initially wanted was already under offer. The apartment itself was in a great location near Elephant & Castle underground station. Thanks guys! Tumelo

GoogleNot just disappointing, but disastrous service. As a lettings manager of the branch is to ensure staff is doing what they are supposed to do. Not just this being ignored, but as manager himself being so rude to clients - unimaginable. It's a shame that people like him ruin the name of the company and reputation of estates agents. Long story cut short - if you don't want a landlord, who would be pulling you to courts for fake damages - don't ask this agent to find a home for you. They don't care for tenants, just advise landlords how to sew the tenants. You stay away from them - you keep your life stress free.

GoogleThey are the worst agency I have ever dealt with, exhorbitant fees for a terrible service. We have had repeated problems in the flat we have rented with them and have only received excuses and a horrifying costumer service in return. We've had 5 different property managers in 2 years and not one solution offered to us. One example is leaving us with no hot water or heating for more then a month duriring christmas. Stay away from them

GoogleMy experience was very poor, customer service was practically non existent, would not recommend to use them or use them myself again. They were never able to assist with any problems relating to the flat, 1 month later still waiting for deposit to be returned despite a good check out report. Overall expensive administration fees, no one returns calls, and if you run into difficulty with the Landlord your basically on your own, use them at your own perril. 08/2013
