Tehreen was class, engaged throughout the whole buying process. If it wasn't for her I don't think it would've gone through

I met with the agent (Sophia Kalogeridou) and viewed two properties in S London. Sophia was very helpful and was able to answer most of my questions, and got back to me within a day re the other questions I had. The properties were nice but I ended up going with another property I saw that was a better fit for me. I would happily go back to using LudlowThompson in the future.

I was looking for a place and Donald was very helpful. He showed me some great options and listened to what I wanted. I would definitely work with him again in the future.

Beth made the whole sales experience absolutely wonderful. She worked tirelessly to find good buyers, she was so patient with us. The thing that was the most stand out, was her communication and transparency. I honestly don’t know how I’d have coped without Beth’s continued support!! She is one of a kind and I will be recommending her to anyone I know selling in South East London.

Just had a valuation on my property with Donald. He was informative, knowledgeable and an all round top bloke. Thanks Donald, look forward to the next stage of selling our property with you. Updated - just had an additional valuation for letting from Martin and he too was brilliant thank you!

Dealt with Lola and Hannah, and also Lerry! Lola was really attentive and made me feel safe and took away any doubts we had throughout the whole process! I had two viewings with Ludlow, with Hannah, and she was very nice and helpful as well. Kerry helped me and my flatmates a bit with the referencing process, and was professional as well. Overall a very good experience and I have recommended it to a friend already!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have just completed a especially comlicated purchase after nearly 7-month process, including staying at Airbnb for over 2 months. I'm very grateful that Attiya has been very patient & friendly, and always are ahead of solicitors & management agents on solving issues, chasing for updates and maintaining great communications, which helped a lot at the very stressful time!

Donald was amazingly helpful and thoughtful, arranging several viewings over two house hunting expeditions. Sorry I found a place but not in Dulwich.

From the initial valuation to the final sale I have been really impressed with Ludlowthompson Dulwich. It was fair to say that I had a number of issues with solicitors and Mark was incredibly helpful in giving me advice and helping chase issues. This really helped reduce stress around the sale of my property. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.PositiveProfessionalism

I had such a pleasurable experience letting my apartment from Hannah Bick. From start to finish she was super helpful and kept us in the loop at all times which was very reassuring and took a lot of the stress away, which is very hard to come by in London! Highly recommend! I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Hannah personally!

Lola was extremely helpful throughout our experience with LT. We were able to set up a viewing at very short notice and were then able to view at our own pace and leisure. All of our questions about the property were answered thoroughly. We also got great insights into the bid submission processes - prior to Lola’s help we were relatively clueless. This assistance extended after our evening viewing. We got an email detailing everything we needed to do, and some of the points that had been discussed at the property that evening. Despite not being interested in the property, we would definitely recommend LT.

A definite 5 star review for Mark & Eleonora from the Dulwich Team. I dealt with Eleonora initially and she was spot on, and then I completed with the help of Mark Williamson. He showed real care and a rare graciousness in supporting me through the purchase of my first flat. I was in contact with all the estate agents in this area and Mark & Eleonora were the best. No question. They replied to my emails immediately, returned my calls quickly and responded to any problems I had with real care and kindness. Thank you Mark very much, I really mean it mate!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Alice has been incredibly helpful throughout my purchase of my first home. From the outset, she was very flexible and responsive when it came to organising viewings. During the process from offer to completion, Alice has also been very involved in facilitating the process, speaking to all of the different parties to try and make the purchase as smooth and painless as possible. Overall, Alice has been great to work with and I would highly recommend getting in touch to anyone considering buying a house.

Both Lola and Josh have been amazingly helpful - highly recommend them. Lola is professional , friendly, keeps in contact regularly and helped us massively by choosing selectively when it came to sending properties , as well as advising us on how to put our best offer. Josh and Lola worked well together - when one wasn't in the office, they’d clearly kept each other up to date with our search. They both acted beyond what we expected and were much more personable than other agents we’ve used at other agencies.

I had the pleasure of working with Tehreen, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From our first meeting, her professionalism and passion for her work were evident. She is incredibly polite and made what can often be a stressful process …

It is no surprise that all of the positive reviews are regarding housing purchases and not from rental tenants. Utterly useless. You will spend more time chasing the staff (to find out information or ask them to do what they have committed to doing) than they spend doing the job they are paid to do. A stressful and frustrating experience.

I wanted to thank Stephen and the team at LudlowThompson for their work in finding tenants for my flat. When some tenants who had been lined up by another agency unexpectedly fell through, Stephen and the team were quick to get on to the case and found some new ones who signed for a longer period. He also proactively engaged with the contracts to get all the necessary certificates through.PositiveProfessionalism

Ms Attiya Razaq is really impressed us with very professional approach. Each of our conditions has been taken into account when showing possible options for purchase. Our apartment' inspections were very efficient. In our opinion, Attiya is the best realtor we have met in London over the past year.

I cannot thank Jonathan enough for his patience and understanding with our difficult sale which he successfully managed from start to finish. He was attentive and efficient throughout and went out of his way to keep us informed and updated at each stage of the transaction. His good humour and positivity got us through some tricky times and he was a real pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
