TrustpilotAgent Ryan
One of your lovely agents Ryan did an excellent job of showing us around the property, he made sure that all our questions were answered and ensured that both us and the tenants that were at home were comfortable.

TrustpilotThe tour of the house was great
The tour of the house was great! Ashley could answer all of my questions and will be sending an offer soon. I can really recommend her!

GoogleI had my property in East Dulwich valued by a vast number of high street agents, but Jonathan Adams from ludlowthompson really stood out against the rest. His knowledge and understanding of the sales market was second to none. Naturally, when it's time to sell, there's only one agent i'll be instructing!

TrustpilotThe worst estate agent in London
The worst estate agent in London. If you want to be forgotten about, pay more money than you need too, have the WORST customer experience, and rude staff. You have found the right estate agent for you. They made every part of the moving in and moving out process, so painful. Stay away.

GoogleWe have been using Ludlow Thompson for the past 14 years and have been very pleased with their service to date. Stephen, Reece and Hannah are assets to the team. Would highly recommend.

TrustpilotGreat experience
I had a very good experience with Chris (from Finsbury Park) who showed me the flat and stayed there for additional 15 minutes in the evening to answer my questions. I always received very quick replies from him, so I can totally recommend ludlowthompson!

GoogleVery helpful at every stage of the process. Hannah arranged our viewing and was very accommodating with all our requirements, continuing to go above and beyond as finalised the let and moved into the property. Couldn't recommend them enough, especially in the current coronavirus times!

GoogleWe had several agents round to value our property but Gerard from Ludlow Thompson really stood out, he seemed to have a much better understanding of the local market. Although we've decided to wait before selling he's kept in contact throughout and we'll definitely be using him when we do come to sell.

TrustpilotScam organisation
Scam organisation, do yourself a favour and run a mile unless you want to be left for a month without heating and hot water. These scammers need to be brought to justice!

GoogleI was shown around a property by Olivia who was flexible around timing, well informed around property details, willing to understand my specific needs as a buyer and very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately the property didn’t match my requirements but I hope to deal with her again.

I have been using Ludlow Thompson to manage my rental property for nearly seven years now and the service has been consistently excellent. Most recently, from finding tenants to everyday servicing, Daniela and Sam, respectively, have been super pro- and reactive, efficient, helpful and reliable.

TrustpilotGood property, helpful viewing
Had a very good viewing today with Orlando. The property is in a great location and a historic building. I had some reservations on the size and some necessary repairs required, but the price was reasonable considering all. Very good experience overall.

GoogleI had a great experience with Ms Hannah Bick while looking for a property recently. She went out of her way to follow up on emails, sent me housing options, arranged a video viewing and also later a physical viewing of the house. I would surely consider using them again!
