Built a rapport with some of the agents who did their best to let me know about any potential property as soon as was possible. Highly recommended.

We were trying to rent the property, submitted the documents and payed the fees. After everything was done, it was extremely difficult to reach our agent and only after a few days did she managed to get back to us to tell us that the property was privately rented already. Terrible and stressful experience.
