GoogleLoney Miller provided an exceptional service when facilitating the sale of our flat in Southfields. We achieved asking price and secured an offer within the first few days of going to market. Maddie Miller is a very different agent to what we have been used to dealing with in the past - extremely professional, experienced and straight talking. Maddie even went as far as to offer us support and advice on the purchase of a property out of the area. Not through the agency. The rest of the team were fantastic. The photos taken by felicity were outstanding, they made us feel extremely proud of the work we had done to our home. Our only disappointment is we can’t buy a property through Loney Miller in Essex ! Fingers crossed for the future. We both really can’t recommend them enough. They bought professionalism, market knowledge, track record and most importantly honesty. The viewings were purposeful and with real potential buyers rather than just box-ticking exercises to say they had 'X' amount of people through the door. GoogleLM were fantastic throughout our sale process, from arranging for photographs and details of the property to be compiled within a few days to great communication around viewings. At a time when there were many external delays in the process to exchange, the team at LM really helped to push the process along and were great with regular updates. In my opinion, LM are the only people to use when selling a property in Southfields.
