GoogleFrom the moment Jonathan and Maddie walked in the door, I have been extremely impressed. Time and attention to detail spent reorganizing furniture for the photos - not the 5minute point and click I have previously experienced. Up to date information on comparable properties in the neighborhood and further beyond. I greatly appreciated the honest, realistic discussion regarding achievable prices. Their combined knowledge and experience definitely puts them well above any other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. I never felt pressured or under-informed at any point in the process from day one to completion day. Outstanding! I wish LoneyMiller all the success they deserve in the future and I recommend them 100% if you need a truly great estate agent.

GoogleI'm so delighted to have chosen to work with Maddie (and Loney Miller) in selling my flat. She was the absolute stand-out in a beauty parade of four local agents, and I felt her enthusiasm for the property would convey easily to potential buyers, which it did - Maddie secured a great offer and was on the phone pretty much daily to everyone involved with updates and to smooth over any minor road-bumps, meaning that we were able to complete in just over eight weeks. Additionally, her fees were considerably less than what the larger agents wanted to charge, and ultimately, an absolute bargain considering the service and attention received. I've already recommended her to two of my friends to sell their homes with, and I had no hesitation whatsoever in doing so.

GoogleWe just bought our house in Southfields through Loney Miller. Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful in finding us lots of properties to view all of which fit our quite specific requirements. Loney Miller are definitely the experts in Southfields with all the local knowledge and history. He was also very helpful throughout the buying process and seemed to be on hand 24/7! They also gave us a lovely welcome to the neighborhood with dinner for two from Cook and a bottle of fizz.

GoogleLiterally the day after my property was launched for sale by Loney Miller I received an offer from a viewing by the previous agents. Loney Miller had the good grace to advise me that the offer was a good one and I probably should accept it (which I did). Maddie and Jonathan have a huge amount of experience between them. They know their market inside out. They tell it like it is. If you want an agency without all the corporate "spiel" look no further.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property via Loney Miller and I have to say, given our previous negative experiences working with Estate Agents, were pleasantly surprised by Jonathan and Maddie's approach. Friendly, honest, approachable, reliable - all things you expect, but rarely receive, from an Estate Agent. Jonathan looked after his vendor, but also had our best interests in mind and negotiated on our behalf to close the deal on the best possible terms for all. Our purchase was turned around in 8 weeks. Thanks Loney Miller for your help & support through-out that time, whilst it's unlikely we will be moving again any time soon, we wouldn't hesitate to use you again!

GoogleWe recently sold our home with Loney Miller - the team have been outstanding during every step of the process. Jonathan and Maddie know the area very well having run large estate agencies in the local area for many years, and provided an excellent service. The team are passionate about what they do and advised us every step of the way. It was a breath of fresh air vs dealing with some of the other agencies who have in our experience, put their most junior staff on a lot of the viewings and lack the commitment/knowledge and insights we had from Jonathan and Maddie. If we move again, we would not hesitate to sell our home with Loney Miller.

GoogleThe only reason this sale completed during the problems of 2020 is down to the efforts of Lisa et al at LM. With buyers playing silly games and ineffective agents on the vendors' (i.e. selling to us) side, this was teetering on the precipice for long months. We had good advice on where to set the sale price, which was achieved, and then received regular updates on progress and the usual bumps in the road were managed well. A very personalised service and achieved our asking price for us within weeks and during a difficult time for the selling market.
