GoogleWe purchased our property through Lisa, who was fantastic throughout the process! I would highly recommend her and the team. I really liked that we had individual viewing slots for the properties that we viewed with Loney Miller, rather than the open house event with other estate agents in the area (with 20 other people walking around at the same time), which was not a nice experience. Buying a house can be stressful but I felt the Loney Miller team worked well together to make this experience as good as it can be. Many thanks again!

GoogleHighly recommend using Loney Miller. From the first meeting, they have been wonderful! Being my first time rented out my flat they took the time to explain everything to me and had great contacts for the contractors needed to get the flat ready for rental. They are always so responsive and take all the stress away from renting out a property by handling everything and keeping me informed along the way so I know that my property is being well taken care of.

GoogleSuperb estate agents with lovely staff. Maddie delivered a personal touch, doing the valuation herself and talking us through the marketing strategy, taking time to deal with our queries and reassure us. Bryony then sold our property in March 2024 and was incredibly helpful throughout the process; dealing with our queries and those of the buyers calmly and professionally. Highly recommend these agents as a business that really care about you and your needs - whatever they are!

GoogleVery unprofessional. I've had my property valued by four different estate agents and this company valued my property at nearly 75k less than the other three well established agents. Also the other three agencies have followed up the valuation with emails and calls showing their passion to sell my property. However weeks have passed and I haven't heard nothing from Loney Miller. So I'll be using an agency who actually wants to do business. Thanks for nothing.

They had been highly recommended by friends who had used them so we had high expectations - they exceeded them! From the first interaction with them I was impressed by their client handling skills, quality of advice, unrivalled knowledge of the housing market in my area, the efficient and professional way in which viewings were arranged and feedback was provided and their handling of the sale process after we had received an offer. We had appointed LM jointly with another highly reputable agent in our area - it was evident throughout that LM were by far the better team, in all respects.
