Very unprofessional. I've had my property valued by four different estate agents and this company valued my property at nearly 75k less than the other three well established agents. Also the other three agencies have followed up the valuation with emails and calls showing their passion to sell my property. However weeks have passed and I haven't heard nothing from Loney Miller. As first time buyers, we viewed lots of houses in the area, but found Loney Miller to have, by far, the best selection. Lisa showed us several houses and, then when we made our offer and went through the exchange, she was always on hand to help guide us through the process and quick to follow up with the sellers/solicitors to keep us up to date with a clear picture of the chain, which was great. Loney Miller were absolutely superb throughout the process. From our first meeting with Jonathan, it was obvious that this was an agency with a difference. One that told the truth regarding the value of your property (rather than exaggerate to win the work) and where an honest focus on the customer was at the heart of the approach. Maddie was also super nice and on hand to offer wise counsel in evaluating bids as they came in for the property. And Lisa was an absolute superstar throughout. Lovely to interact with, always eager to help and available at short notice. We had much complexity around our transaction and I truly do not believe that it would have been executed without Lisa at the helm. We appreciated her work enormously.
