About London Shared London
When the history of London property gets written, we'd definitely like to be seen as the early visionaries of co-living, the first to really "get it right". Landlords We’re not an estate agency, but we are lettings experts. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a 3 to 5-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals. We do all the hard work so the landlord doesn't have to. Tenants For tenants, it's a new-and-improved "2.0" version of communal London living. For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.

FacebookLondon shared offers nice houses at a markup for connivence. However the internet they provide is the cheapest option and at most times barely useable in a house of multiple occupancy. They do not notify you when people come to the property. There customer services is poor and only available 9-5 Monday to Friday if you can actually get them to pick up the phone during that period. When searching for a property with London shared the estate agent became irritated at the fact I wanted to view multiple properties, and she was only available in the middle of the day during the work week to take me to see these properties and on two occasions had booked her next viewings after mine with not enough time to view all the requested properties. House wise it was a nice spacious house and the house mates where all good, kitchen was poorly stocked.

FacebookHonestly, stay away from London Shared! I have been living in one of their houses for almost a year now. The house itself is beautiful, it's actually the one in the cover photo, but the service around getting issues fixed (eg. dishwasher fixed) is absolutely appalling. It takes weeks, if not months to get anything fixed and when you call them up they always have some kind of excuse and can be rather rude! Since I have been here, the average issue resolution time is over a month. I would certainly suggest looking elsewhere before you sign on any dotted line with London Shared....

GoogleI had been searching for a room to rent in London for weeks with no luck, when a friend recommended I use London Shared. The standard of rooms and properties that London Shared offer are really high, and thus far the company have been great to work with! Olivia, who is so lovely and helpful, took me on a tour of a few properties and we ended up securing myself a room within 40 minutes of meeting!

FacebookI have found London Shared to be an excellent option to take the pressure off me as a landlord. Once signing the property over to them for a fixed period you can more or less forget about it until the contract expires. Jasleen Kaurah ( head of property management) has been fabulous from the start, taking care of the small annoying jobs, often at no charge !! and organising bigger jobs on my behalf swiftly and professionally. If you as a landlord are too busy to take care of things yourself I highly recommend them.
