GoogleThis company is a company of frauds. They try to give you a fake contracts for 24 months after you give them deposit for one week. Then they did not send you real contract but just a kind of receipt for 6025 pounds, and he said I need to pay - without a contract. So after I summed up all these things I thought here are a lot of rental breach (illegal things) Bler Emini said that I can report him where I want and he does not care. London Habitats - team of frauds!

GoogleAt first, Bler can be seen as a sells man doing hard selling and he is good at that, it's his job. But he is also a smart person that thinks extra hard from the client's perspective, definitely harder than your average agent. He makes you think about things that you should have known, he makes sure you get the most out of the landlord, he has high emotional intelligence to keep both tenants and landlord happy. I like dealing with these kind of people both as tenant and landlord. I would recommend.

We had several concerns before signing the contract but they were addressed properly. Bler even went above and beyond when he told us that he would buy a new bed for us and our daughter. GoogleSince we have been living here in London, other estate agencies we approached haven' t had the same efficiency as Bler and Bekim of London Habitat. They satisfied all our requests, made sure that we didn't have any problems and contacted quickly the landlord any time we needed too. The flat we are living in now is the best solution we have had since we have been in London. We are so happy about our spatious flat and we will definitely approach them again in the future to look for a new home. Highly recommended agency!

GoogleGreedy and untrustworthy.After our deal to pay in advance 5000£ for a studio in Cricklewwod, 3 months rent plus agency fees e.c.t, the next day they said that because of my unsatisfactory references i should pay 6 months up front rent, 7500£. After i rejected their offer, finally they made me the favour to procced with our first agreement.So if i had accepted to pay 7500£ probably they would asked me for 10000£. They were really hilarious! Instantly i cancelled the deal and i asked for a refund which was clearly stated that in case of unsatisfactory references it would be refundable.Of course they didn't. Be carefull guys, London is full of vultures.London Habitat is a great example.

GoogleWhere do I begin with...Well, Let me start by saying that I have changed almost 10 houses over a decade ago and have been through all the fancy national big branded estate agencies (which all of them were centered and more of an ordeal than help), through constantly finding ways to charge more hefty fees for no logical reason. While on the other hand, I was fortunate to randomly come across London Habitat due to my favorite chosen area (West Hampstead). Which as soon as I began the viewing of my latest flat with the advisor (Bekim), I could instantly tell that unlike almost all (97%) the estate agents who automatically turn on their sales-pitch until you're reluctantly convinced to accept their "logic", he instead behaved natural, and genuinely described all the relevant pros and cons of the flat - while giving me space and time to figuratively absorb the highlights of my flat. Furthermore, not only the company behaved in a professionally objective and unbiased way on the viewing day, but also they continuously carried on the same unrushed and friendly attitude through out the rest of the time since I have moved in. For instance, when ever I noticed a malfunction in the flat or have had a request for changing, upgrading and disposal of item they have always had a constructive and reasonable manner in all instances. I can with absolute confidence say that you won't regret choosing their services, and will most certainly experience the same (if not better) level of meticulous customer care that I have received. And for this reason, I do not hesitate to state than should the day for buying my first home arrive, I will not hesitate a second to seek London Habitat's in-depth knowledge on property ladder and all its ever complicated intricacies which never ceases to perplex us.

GoogleSuperb service. Super efficient. Arranged promptly to view the property with Fabian. Very helpful and knowledgeable team and within a few hours offer submitted and forms filled at the office. Great correspondance and within a couple of days were informed of our offer being accepted with conditions etc, contracts signed by everyone and everything confirmed. Very very efficient and smooth sailing. Highly recommended!

GoogleI was fortunate enough to have been contacted by BLER - on a Sunday - within minutes of having sent an email about a desired viewing. Met him within 15 minutes of that first conversation. Visited his offices the very next morning at 11:00 AM. By about 08:00 PM that same evening he had secured that property and I now move in. In my last 40 year professional career in London, I have not met a man or any organisation that shows such respect and devotion to a client’s needs! Five stars …. not enough! My true experience.. and therefore the rating based on an exceptional experience with BLER & London Habitat… is 7*******! Thank you guys…… it really has been a pleasure !!

GoogleI arranged to meet Bekim from London Habitat at noon regarding renting a 2 bedroom flat. He clearly explained everything to do with the rental. Told me what rent to expect. and by 8pm that evening he had found me the tenant. He arranged a face to face meeting with the prospective tenant. I found himand his partner who is also his brother to be extremely professional and upfront about all the costs involved. I have no hesitation in recommending him
