I’m honestly still a bit in shock at how easy Bler made everything. As someone moving to London alone for the first time, I was nervous and overwhelmed, but Bler was so kind and supportive from the beginning. I couldn’t believe how quickly he managed to get everything sorted- from documents to viewings to finalising the tenancy, he handled it all so efficiently. But more than that, he really listened to what I wanted and needed. The place we found together is perfect- it’s so much better than I ever imagined I’d be able to find, and I feel safe, happy, and at home. Bler didn’t treat me like just another tenant; he genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and confident in my decision. I’m so thankful for all the help and care he put into this process. He made a really scary transition feel exciting and smooth. I couldn't recommend him enough.

After 3 years living there tried to take my deposit. Ended up giving me back my deposit after going full lawyer on them. I had mold growing in my flat which when raised was ignored. I had lights not working in my living room which I was told to get my own electrician and pay which I refused. My tap stopped working in my kitchen which took a month to get someone to look at it. Wouldn't recommend. All issues raised to Bler over WhatsApp/email.

I have an uncanny habit of being absent in time of need around the flat, much to my relief and more to my wifes anguish; coupled with my wife's beauty (just incrase she's reading this) are high standards and proactive efficiency that many Germans would be proud of even though she's American, yes that's right she wants it done yesterday! Now I did think that the teething pains of moving into a new flat would be alittle demanding on our new Landlord, but in all honesty the Man has been excellent from the first day and has been highly instrumental in 'saving my bacon' with his problem solving, and lifting the general mood in our first flat . Seriously though he's great in terms of communication he'll always get back to you straight away. He's patient, helpful and definitely has his tenants best interest at heart. He works fast and has a very proficient team around him to provide the utmost support for his tenants. I'm giving Bler 5 stars!! and my wife 7 stars for putting up with me.

I cannot recommend this agency enough. Bler was an incredibly friendly and honest agent (rare in London) who worked well to negotiate an appropriate agreement between the landlord and our needs. The process was so efficient that it has been almost overwhelming- even going into the office was a relaxed and communicative experience. I feel in good hands and I look forwards to being a tenant with London Habitat. I shall write another review in a year in order to update you all with how London Habitat treats tenants people on their books.
