GoogleWe were delighted with the service we received from Location Location. From start to finish they were friendly, enthusiastic, approachable, clear and helpful. From first showing them round our flat, to completion of sale we found them thorough and efficient. Vicky was really kind and warm when she first valued our flat, making us excited to get it listed. She really spent time with us explaining how the current market was and how it all works, and advising us on how best to present our home. Drew and Pantelis did a great job handling our viewings, working so hard with back to back bookings, and giving us in-depth feedback. And Amanda took us through the process from accepting our offer (we had FIVE!) to completion, and she really was brilliant. We really felt that she was on the ball, chasing up solicitors on both sides and really working hard to progress the sale and make sure everything was moving along as seamlessly as possible. We are so grateful to the whole team, particularly Amanda, for helping us move to the next exciting stage of our lives!

GoogleJust sold my flat through Location Location. Choosing an estate agent was not easy as they all have the glossy brochures and fancy photography these days. I'm glad I went with Location Location however - what set them apart was the thought that went into the marketing/pricing strategy and the energy they showed in getting buyers in. My agent Hannah was extremely responsive, and despite my doubts, her advice on where to price the property was undoubtedly correct and I was very pleased with the end result. After seeing how LL handled the conveyancing side of things once the offer was accepted compared with other agents in the chain, I know I made the right choice in appointing them! Thank you Hannah and all the team at LL

GoogleAlthough a buyer was found very quickly, we can't say it was ever smooth progress. The solictor they chose for use to do the conveyancing in our opinion was not very good. It dragged on forever and was very stressful. Lauretta was very professional throughout and did her very best to push things on but once or twice we honestly felt like jacking it all in. Seemed like it would never end and frankly we felt we were being played by the other side, maybe to gain time. So..good value? Hmm. Good and responsive team? Mainly, and Lauretta finally did the trick. Would still use Location as they have the best customers. Struggled on through all the horrors of Covid.

Peter was a pleasure to deal with, always very responsive which is much appreciated when dealing with high stakes.
