His communication and availability are excellent. He resolves every difficulty with no fuss and actually takes an interest in helping landlords by looking for the cheapest quote for a service and having a good knowledge of the local service providers. Location Location acted on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our next home. We found that Peter, Tim and Azhar (among others) were brilliant on our sale and outshone any experience we have had with other estate agents, providing prompt and meaningful feedback after every viewing, which is so important when you are trying to sell your home. They worked really closely with us on our new property search too and Peter was great, asking us careful questions to understand our wants and desires and suggesting appropriate properties for us to view, so important when you have limited time and specific requirements! The purchase hit a couple of road blocks along the way and was delayed a few times due to a problem right at the top of the chain and Lauretta worked tirelessly trying to track down information to keep us updated and pushing things along at every opportunity, which was really appreciated, she did a fantastic job. On the day we moved into our new home, we were presented with a really thoughtful and useful box of "goodies" and essentials which was a really lovely touch. We would recommend Location Location wholeheartedly and, though we do not anticipate another move for quite some time, we will definitely use Location Location for our next move!

We recently sold our flat with LL in what has become a tricky and changing market. The sale was at times difficult but Vicky, Tim, Peter and Donna were a great support and managed to keep the sale on track. Tim in particular was always on hand to give advice and feedback. When we decided to sell our flat we spoke to several local estate agents. Location Location stood out - they had an intelligent understanding of the local housing market and seemed transparent and fair in explaining their valuation. As often happens, the conveyancing process wasn't always straightforward. However, Lauretta went above and beyond to keep us updated and answer any questions we had, even on evenings and over the weekend. I found Vicky, Tim, Azhar, Pete and Lauretta all a delight to work with. I got a great price on my flat and they really responded to a sometimes turbulent ship. Having Lauretta as a dedicated dales progressor is a real plus point during conveyancing, but I also appreciated the team that works behind her. After the sale was made by the sales team, they didn't disappear, but continued to follow the progress and assist when needed. I think at one time or another, all of the above contributed. I recommend Location Location if you are looking for an estate agent that can make a good sale whilst also being pleasant, courteous and personable.

Location Location made the stress of trying to buy a property in London a lot easier. Peter turned around a near impossible situation to make sure that we could still buy the property, Tim has been very helpful throughout the whole process and keeping us updated and one of the highlights was definitely working with Lauretta on sales progress. When there was an urgent issue that needed to be resolved in a matter of hours Vicky who I had never spoken to stepped in and picked up seamlessly.
