Bad experience

HEVIN · 11 June 2019

Agent replied · 11 June 2024

Dear Mr Henry, I understand you have some repair issues that have been reported to your landlord but so far have not been dealt with. As explained to you today Lloyds Residential does not manage your property and unfortunately you will have to liase with your landlord to get the repair issues resolved. It is not right or fair for you to post this poor review of our company. The issues have nothing to do with Lloyds Residential. Kindly refrain from any further social media, detrimental, comments and I would appreciate the removal of this post. Kind regards, Patrick French, Managing Director
