Sam Eyre is my current Property consultant at Lloyds and i have had a great experience dealing with him in finalising my rental flat in London. As a family we have dealt with Patrick at Lioyds for over 20years during time he has acted both professionally and in the best interest of his clients throughout that time. Lloyds have been renting properties for us for 20 years finding reliable and trustworthy tenants going always beyond his duty. I used Lloyds to sell. When I terminated the contract due to lack of professional conduct (including changing terms of contract without prior agreement) and poor quality service, the owner of the business Patrick French would not leave me alone even 8 months after I terminated the contract. Contacting me unnecessarily to ask who had bought the properties in question despite it having nothing to do with him, helpfully pointing out that he could check land registry to find out who bought from me, threatening to take legal action for defamation if I chose to take my formal complaint to the ombudsman. I wish I'd never met this man - he has caused me no end of stress and caused major delays to me moving house and moving on with my life. Seems very amenable when you do what he wants but as soon as I stopped doing what he wanted, he wouldn't leave you alone. Luckily I found estate agents who did the job properly but only after suffering through what this man put me through for nearly a year.

We chose Lloyd Residential estate agent for house management years ago, Patrick French helped us understand regulation and market and was kind, polite and when ask to pay the fee for his consultation he did not charge anything for his precious advice. That is something different for a start! Well we called him again to sell a large property in east London. Our house sold within the first week. He helped in a long process (buyer form abroad) in any legal steps and every possible aspect of the sell. He has been far more helpful than our own solicitor! Excellent service from start to completion. Patrick French was outstanding in his customer service. Efficient helpful and always in regular contact. The whole selling experience was stress free. Patrick is extremely confident having the ability to reassure his customers. Outstanding knowledge of the property market business. 100% Professional linked to amazing value. We sold the house at the price we wanted and he followed up, helped and supported us until the last day. We bought and sell more than one property in London and we are familiar with estate agencies but Patrick French is the best experience we had in 15 years ! He is really, genuinely kind and professional, he look after every aspect of the sell until the day of completion and in our case even after. We highly and enthusiastically recommend Patrick French at Lloyd Residential. We need more agency like that!

Sam from the Bethnal Green branch was a star!! Kept me well informed throughout the whole buying process. He was both professional and personal and I had no worries about asking him anything.
