GoogleGiselle and John at Litchfields in Highgate provided an excellent service when selling our house. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Nothing is too much trouble and they are friendly and very easy to contact during the sales process. The sale of our property went through very efficiently due their efforts. They are very professional and at the same time lovely people to work with. They made selling the house virtually stress free.

GoogleWe used Litchfields in Highgate to sell our property and found both Giselle and John to be very impressive: utterly professional, extremely responsive and very knowledgeable. They guided us without being overbearing and dealt with lockdown requirements without fuss and to the letter, which was important to us. I would not hesitate to recommend. they know the local market inside out and are leagues above their competitors. GoogleNeeded to sell a house in Highgate Village whilst not being there. John Robinson at Litchfields was the most positive of three estimates of value we had and when Litchfields sold the house it went through at a very good price and well above the competition's estimates. Good polite service and all handled without the vendor being present. Mostly houses sell themselves, but a good agent helps enormously, so our thanks to them.

GoogleIf you’re looking for a property in the highgate area ‘Litchfields’ probably has it. Giselle Harrison found our house within a week and she was just as good a find as the house itself. She’s whip smart, has been there-seen it-done it, straight talking, no BS estate agent and on call whenever you need her from viewing to completion. She re-writes the estate agent manual and even once we’d found the house, she almost made me want to keep looking. Excellent service all round.

GoogleGiselle and John at Litchfields have successfully redefined the public's expectations of estate agents. They are honest, down-to-earth, ever-friendly, ever-helpful. They are happy to communicate outside office hours, and they are 100% reliable. Selling our house, they found a buyer in less than 5 weeks - at full asking price. And then, having found them, Giselle ensured they proceeded with a combination of dogged perseverance and straight-up friendliness. In truth, having met and appointed them, it feels like some other estate agents have a lot of catching up to do.

GoogleI just wanted to share my very positive experience letting my flat in Highgate. The front office (Giselle and John) did a great job of preparing the photos and getting prospective renters to view the property and Ann Marie in the back office (often the weak point in letting agencies) did a fantastic job in getting all the necessary certificates, approvals and paperwork done. They are a very friendly agent who play as a team.

GoogleI would use Litchfields again and am happy to recommend to others. At the outset they gave a fair valuation of our property and were straight talking and knowledgeable about the area. Our sale occurred during a difficult market period but despite this, we had a good level of viewings and helpful on-going discussions about how to deal with prevailing market conditions. We felt we were always getting a realistic opinion and they were also very good at keeping us updated and providing feedback from viewings.

I chose to use them for my sale having bought a properly through them in 2009 where they stood out for being truly knowledgeable about the place I was buying. They provided a quick and professional valuation of my property and came armed with a list of people interested in the type of flat. This meant they were able to get a large number of viewings completed resulting in an offer in a number of days. Their assessment of offers and advice around the transaction was very valuable and showed lots of experience of the market During the sale they worked tirelessly to keep progress going and ensure a smooth transaction in difficult circumstances. Overall - a great job, highly recommended!

GoogleSelling and buying property is always rather stressful, but I can sincerely say that using Litchfields, for us, made it considerably less stressful! From the beginning, we felt that Giselle understood us and didn't give us all that usual estate agent schpiel; one comment that sticks in my mind is when I took my parents around to see our property, she said "go on, I'll stay here, you don't want me following you around giving you the hard sell do you?!" It was so nice to be able to look around in feeling completely relaxed. Giselle understood us straight away and didn't seem to mind my nervous paranoia that saw me needing a twice daily update/reassurance! She has been completely 'on it' from the start, has made the best recommendations when we asked for solicitors/surveyors, if you want the sort of people that make things happen instantly and (regardless of what happens next!!), for a sincere, uber efficient estate agent who knows Highgate inside out, you really couldn't wish for better than Giselle (and Litchfields)!! GoogleLitchfields made our first house purchase as pain free as possible. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions. They gave us regular updates and went above and beyond to help us get to the bottom of some really confusing paperwork situations. The staff are extremely friendly and I moved in to my new home with a completely different opinion of estate agents! I would highly recommend and use again.
