GoogleAfter selling our flat to us 7 years ago, and having a pretty flawless buying process, we had high hopes when it came to selling, and Litchfields did not disappoint. Giselle was straight to the point, keeping us informed throughout and razor sharp when dealing with inevitable issues that arise. Also, good humoured too which took the edge off the whole process. Really both John and Giselle are a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.

GoogleThere were quite a number of reasons we chose Litchfields to sell our family home, and throughout the process we have never regretted our decision. A few points that come to mind are: They were the most genuinely enthusiastic about the property when first shown round and demonstrated a good knowledge of the area and local property market. They were proactive from the start, bringing viewers to the house for their opinion before it was officially marketed. They offered a competitive rate of commission. They worked hard to get a good price, rather than just trying to turn the property over, and we never felt they were pushing us to agree a price just so that they could meet some monthly sales target. They were generous with their time, open and honest when we talked to them throughout the process, and always responded to communications promptly, both in and often out of office hours. Perhaps most importantly (apart from the fact that the process was a successful one), Giselle and John helped make what might have been rather a grey experience into one which was actually quite fun!

GoogleGiselle & John have been very helpfull through the whole process. In these difficult times, they got us a very good offer close to pre-Brexit prices, which we turned down against their advice (we ended up selling for £75.000 less, so next time we’ll definitely listen to them !). John is always the perfect gentleman, and Giselle is the antithesis of the clean polished, corporate real estate agent, a bold, no nonsense, tell it as it is kind of person, with great knowledge of the market, a real landmark of Highgate !

Googlegreat experience as a buyer while we purchased our family home. As a matter of fact we have had the chance to buy a property through Litchfields Highgate agency and have received the best service we could expect. Not only has Giselle been available for every viewing we needed, she went out of her way to allow us additional accesses for survey and builders visits - without that flexibility and patience on her part we could not have moved forward anywhere near as quickly as we needed to. Giselle is a great agent, she has kept us up to date with each and every step in the process; she handled queries from all the solicitors involved, the buyers and the sellers, and made sure issues were dealt with efficiently and in good humour with updates as soon as they were available. She helped to allay our fears during some trickier moments along the way, and we never had one moment of doubt with her capability as an agent. She has managed perfectly the expectations of everyone to ensure we were all happy. I would not hesitate to buy or sell again with Giselle as my Estate Agent. I can strongly recommend to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property that they will enjoy working with her.
