Thanks for your comments but it's not true. Due to the challenging times during COVID, we were experiencing a higher number of emails and checkouts and as a result, it took longer to release your deposit, but you got your deposit in the end.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. A very unprofessional and discriminatory “business” and not a well established company with no actual shop front. They have no clue what they’re doing… there are many more local estate agents with much better service and better expertise

GoogleI interned in the account department at Lionsgate for two months and this company atmosphere was great. The property management team efficiently handles tenant and landlord issues on a daily basis. Sometimes Ken helps tenants deal with tough issues even on weekends.

GoogleAvoid renting through Lionsgate Property Management. I moved into a flat with broken furniture and broken light fixtures, and they won't do anything about it. I really regret using them, and recommend that you don't.
