GoogleI had a great experience working with Knight Frank to let my house. From the beginning they were extremely enthusiastic and positive. They were passionate about the property and that really inspired confidence. They were knowledgeable, smart and realistic when it came to pricing the property and put together a clear strategy to get the property let. Attention to detail in marketing of my property was second to none and as the process played out they proved to be fair but determined negotiators. Communication was excellent. They were always available on the end of the phone and attended to every detail. Knight Frank won my business in a competitive process and I feel it was definitely the right decision. They did exactly what they said they would do and in addition guided me through the process in a friendly, calm and highly professional manner. In a sector with a reputation for sharkiness, Knight Frank set a high standard for integrity and service. Recommended.
