GoogleChelsea Whelan and Stuart Hawes and the rest of the team did a wonderful job for us in connection with the sale of a leasehold interest in a flat in summer and autumn 2023/ from planning out the process we would follow, working constructively with a joint agent, drumming up demand in a challenging market, following up with that demand, and getting from exchange to completion fairly quickly, they delivered excellent client service, all in a very professional and efficient manner. We would not have been able to achieve the great result without their expert advice and execution.

Throughout the process (which has been under very tight timelines) he has been super responsive, helpful and effective. GoogleAppalling would be a gross understatement. We took over a lease from Knight Frank on a prime property, with a hefty monthly rental price and they have been nothing short of consistently shambolic and negligent. Truly disgraceful in the way they have managed the property, the endless broken promises and the passing from one person to another without care, attention or courtesy. We are 5 weeks in and still issues are left unresolved that we were told would be addressed before we moved in. We asked for some of our first month's rent to be waived only to be told that the landlord is seeking legal advice. Out of nowhere. Having been told they would do their best to compensate us for the poor experience and uninhabitable conditions we endured for our first two weeks here. Outrageous and despicable behaviour. I highly implore you to think twice about renting a property from this company. We thought their reputation would ensure that we recieved a reliable and trustworthy service. We have been shocked at just how wrong we were
