We went to Frank Knight after a poor experience with our previous estate agent. Within minutes Jade put as at ease and gave us confidence that Knight Frank were the right partners. They knew the market, the area, had access to the right buyers and most importantly they got us. From the sales strategy to pricing, they were spot on and were quick to react to changing market conditions. We were quickly introduced to the extended team, with James securing the sale in a quarter of the time we’d spent trying to sell previously. James was always accessible, acting as the conduit between solicitors, buyers and ourselves to make sure the process was as seamless as possible. They also introduced us to a brilliant solicitor which made things so much easier. I couldn’t recommend James, Jade and the team more highly.

We've had an amazing experience working with Natalie at Knight Frank to find our perfect home for the next few years. As we were conducting our search from NYC, we were quite nervous about committing to something we hadn't seen in person. Natalie is so knowledgable about the area and the market, and really understood exactly what type of home we were looking for. She is honest and straightforward about the trade offs between different properties, and we always felt that she was totally up front with us, which is not always the case! She did countless facetimes with us to walk through the property, and was always happy to answer additional questions as they came up for us during the process. I had a fantastic experience working with James Hastings on my recent property purchase. From start to finish, James was responsive, reliable, and completely on top of every detail. He helped coordinate between both sets of solicitors (no small task!), stayed calm and proactive when we hit a snag with the surveyor, and even recommended a great solicitor who turned out to be a solid choice. Jess went above and beyond in selling our family home! She not only managed the logistical elements with meticulous detail but also handled the human side of selling a home with kindness and care.
