I was lucky enough to chance upon Charlotte Hewett after scouring the market for a couple of weeks viewing different properties with various different agents. When I met her I knew I’d found the right agent who would eventually lead me to the right property. She’s very hardworking, professional and pays attention to the smallest of details but most importantly she’s genuine and her personality shines through! She goes over and above the call of duty and sets the bar at a height that no one else can match. A company is made of people and she is a tremendous asset to any firm she’s with. It's absolutely a GREAT pleasure to work with Charlotte Hewett on renting a flat! As international students, my roommate and I were so confused and anxious about the whole process of apartment renting in the UK at first. However, with the professional and patient helps from Charlotte, we not only found ourselves an amazing flat at an ideal price, but also went through most of the legal process like "contracts" and "right to rent" smoothly! That's really a great help! One thing makes me think that Charlotte really serve her customers heart and soul is that: when I came across with some problems with my student visa, having to arrived in London in the late evening of Friday, Charlotte negotiated with the landlord and her senior managers immediately to find me an alternative solution, and told me that she would especially came back to office to help me out with all the check in stuffs! In short, I'm super satisfied with Charlotte's service! If you're a foreigner or international student looking for your place in London, Charlotte would be my top recommendation:)
