Utterly unprofessional service. The agents seem to be unable to provide basic communication. Don’t expect them to actually give you updates through your renting process, even for basic things such as whether your offer is accepted or not. You’ll just wait a week, only to see the ad disappear suddenly and finding out the place has gone. Caution to readers: if planning to rent though this agency, make sure you treat them like children if you want basic letting agency service. Pester them hourly and keep asking for updates - as they are incapable of doing so.

We tried to find a flat using them (and 5 other agencies), and of all of them they were the most unresponsive. When they did reach out, it was regarding completely random properties which were out of spec and of budget. Also they were quite rude regarding viewings. Much better service from other agencies.
