I was looking for a rental property close to Hampstead village and looked at one flat with Steven Gilbery. He wasn’t convinced it would be the right fit for me but we went along anyway. After that and knowing what I was looking for he was completely on the front foot getting in touch about flats coming to market. Within 2 days I was the first to view an amazing garden flat and snapped it up from there. He was brilliant at keeping the momentum going throughout the process and took a lot of the stress out of the situation. Definitely recommend!!

I must say the service I've received from the Hampstead office of Knight Frank has been a very pleasant surprise. Steven (Gilbery) was great at finding the right flats to show me after I explained what I was looking for. He really listened to what my requirements and needs were and that's more uncommon that what I guess it should be amongst estate agents. Steven wasn't only the agent who eventually showed me the flat that became my next flat, he was also extremely helpful in supporting the landlord and myself to agree on the terms of the rental. I think both parties ended up very happy with the result. I'd certainly suggest people house hunting in the Hampstead area to get in touch with Knight Frank... and to ask to talk to Steven! Updating the review to also highlight the service received so far by the property management team, especially by Charlotte. All my queries have been dealt within a reasonable amount of time and I've felt issues have been tracked smoothly to completion.
