GoogleRobert and his team are fantastic. They have dealt with obtaining tenants for both of my properties for the last three years and I’ve never had an issue with any of them. Very polite and well mannered team. They go over and beyond to get the right tenants and do their due diligence when accepting applications from prospective tenants. I’ve found the team to also be very flexible in any situation. I’m writing the review for them but I also hope they feel good about me as the Landlord, as it works both ways. It’s rare to see the same people working in the same estate agent after a year from past experience with other estate agents which is a testament to the whole good ethos and moral of the company. I feel like I don’t want to go elsewhere when other estate agents approach me. I pray the good working relationship continues. Thank you team. You already know how much I value you guys.

GoogleSuch an unprofessional agency- they took my deposit and when I didn’t pass the affordability check they cancelled the offer and refused the pay the deposit back saying it’s not our fault despite that I provided them all the needed details before we start the process and their representative confirmed that I will pass Highly not recommend 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 They only care about taking your money not helping you 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

GoogleIf you're thinking of purchasing a property that is listed with Knight Bishop, I urge you to err on the side of caution and NOT allow them to sell your property too, essentially giving them control over both transactions. We were coaxed into this arrangement and in the end they sold the property from underneath us, even though we had our offer accepted, started the legal process and jumped through several hoops. You could end up losing out on hundreds if not thousands of pounds. Only for the branch manager to turn around and advise that his obligation is to sell our property. They really hedged their bets with this one and to hell with the rest of us. You've been warned.

GoogleI bought a property via Knight Bishop. They then managed it as a rental for 8 years. Finally I sold the property through them in late 2022. They were polite, friendly and I could rely on them to follow up on all the small details which need to be addressed. I was confident that the property was being well-managed. I did not need to get closely involved in day-to-day matters. I have worked with many estate and lettings agents. Knight Bishop have been the most professional, by far. Many thanks!
