GoogleWe sold our old house and bought our new home with KFH Dulwich in November 19. We were very impressed with the efficiency and the hands on approach of the whole team. The entire process only took 2 months to wrap up. In this current competitive market KFH provided us with confidence and assurance, it is a very professional and hard working team! I especially would like to thank Suzannah for her help. I would definitely recommend them, they have a very good understanding of the market and they really work hard to make things happen.

GoogleWe chose to sell our place at a time when the market was really difficult. KFH were the 3rd agent we signed up with and I must say they were by far the best of all. There was the fact that our property had been on the market for about a year already but they took it and we had more viewings than ever. They believed they could do it and they succeeded despite the unfavourable times. It wasn’t smooth at all, we had buyers playing games and ridiculous offers, which made it all very stressful. We were close to giving up at a point but this amazing team of hard working and professional women kept on going for us and we could hardly believe when all began to fall into place. We both sold and bought though them and I tell everyone I know if they are thinking of selling to use them. We won’t be moving again soon but if things change for any reason I hope they will be there for us. C+J Gillott

GoogleSylvia was great. I have used KFH in the area a few times having bought twice and sold once through them. As a buyer Sylvia listens and understands what you are looking for and then works hard to help you find it. As a seller she got me a great price, and made sure that the buyer was a good one. She then worked hard during the conveyancing process to ensure it all went through as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Great service all round, couldn't fault KFH or Sylvia at all.

The whole team were very professional and assistive throughout the purchase, with a big thanks to Trudi who guided us through the process. I also used the in-house mortgage broker, Kevin, who made applying and getting a mortgage completely hassle-free. Kevin was incredibly helpful and always made himself available to assist with anything we needed, at any time of day.

I was in the market for a 3 bed house and visited a number of houses across the Dulwich & Herne Hill area through the auspices of KFH. I made offers on three houses, at least two of them in a very competitive scenario and was delighted to secure the final house which I completed on in October. A very professional team who went out of their way to help me secure a suitable property. They also worked in close collaboration with my solicitor. I would particularly like to thank Trudi Dance for her patience in dealing with my relentless enquiries and providing all manner of other help in getting the house surveyed, checked and tested. Thanks are also due to Anthony Shoring for keeping me on my toes and challenging my thinking at every turn. A very friendly office and to be recommended.
