GoogleThe team at KFH Dulwich were wonderfully helpful with the sale of our flat. It's fair to say we had a tricky chain of buyers to navigate and Suzannah, in particular, managed to keep the peace. I've used some other prominent agents in the area and I'd say that, once we got the pricing right on the flat, KFH got far more prospective buyers through the door than any other agent. One buyer fell through but we actually sealed another offer within days, which was not inevitable. Suzannah skilfully managed this and ultimately we sold the flat. Kevin in particular worked with me to find the best mortgage to suit my needs & then both he & Heather took care of all the paperwork beyond the initial forms I had to fill in. I have not had to have any direct contact with my mortgage provider at all.
