GoogleWe were delighted with the help of KFH, Sally introduced us to the dream home in Putney, then Hannah took over and they did a fantastic job guiding us through all what needed to be done. They were responsive, helpful and great to deal with. …

GoogleNot normally a huge fan of estate agents. Sorry ! But Grant Dunstone at KFH is the exception. He delivered the property I wanted. Totally professional and calm during the inevitable skirmishes. One doesn't have cause to use an agent very many times, but if I did, I would use Grant every time. And he's got a decent sense of humour with it !

GoogleWe have just exchanged with Reece as our agent, and have been very pleased with her professionalism and attention to detail throughout the process of selling our two bedroom flat. Reece has listened well from day one to what we wanted and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleA very wonderful, kind and considerate team!! Reece sold my property for me and was also the negotiator for my purchase. I couldn't fault her/their expertise during both processes. They are highly professional but very much down to earth and made the whole process an enjoyable experience rather than one riddled in anxiety and dread (which can often happen).

GoogleWe have just completed on buying a house in West Putney and were supported brilliantly through the process by Reece and Sally. Various hurdles along the way but we really appreciated the calm, professional and pragmatic way the team operated. Would highly recommended to buyers and sellers.

GoogleWe were working with Reece who was beyond helpful and really cared about making sure we found the right home for our growing family. Sadly we didn't end up buying from her as we ended up in a different area of London, but we really wish we could have bought from her. Could not recommend working with her (and her team) enough.

GoogleI have used KFH in Putney several times and have listed my home for sale with them and also made offers on homes they listed. My primary agent was Reece Baker and I cannot say enough good things about her level of commitment and service. I highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSiobhan and Sally managed the sale of our 2 bedroom apartment in East Putney. Throughout the process both remained incredibly professional and communicated excellently between both ourselves and the buyer. Could not recommend them more highly. Thanks for all your help.

FacebookI try to be positive with social media. However it is only right & fair to warn those considering buying or letting a property through @KFHproperty that you might find yourself being charged to live in a neglected & unsafe building, with shockingly poor customer care.Avoid.

GoogleIt was a pleasure dealing with Farhana Ahmed when looking for a new Apartment to rent. In fact the first Apartment that she showed me, which was not yet listed on their website but she felt met my search criteria, is my new home! Excellent service and would highly recommend.
