FacebookI bought my property off Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) West Hampstead back in 2003 and they were brilliant to deal with then. Fast forward 18 years and I have just sold the same flat and they were equally fantastic. It was a long arduous process needing a reassuring hand, expert guidance and sometimes a shoulder to cry on which Chloe provide admiralty across the whole period. I could not have asked for anything more. She was fabulous. Supported by David, her manager and the rest of the team at KFH. I could not recommend them highly enough. As they say that form is temporary but class is permanent.

FacebookHorrendously incompetent at giving any form of market insight, advice or sale analytics from day 1 and even worse at communicating. Several times it’s been down to chasing that we’ve actually found out they have a viewing supposedly scheduled, to then get attitude from the staff when we can’t do the time they’ve scheduled without confirming it with us. Quite literally the worst experience with regards to communication I’ve ever seen - avoid at all costs and don’t be drawn in by a low ball offer on the commision %!

GoogleSiobhan, Hannah and the complete team went above and beyond helping me to sell my home, they were simply excellent. As England has a time consuming and stressful process from acceptance of an offer to exchange, the agent is critically important in this process, and this is where they thrive. So if you are after an excellent sales team and support post acceptance, look no further then KFH.

GoogleI sold my flat through KFH in west Putney. The whole team were highly professional from the outset, giving me confidence to chose them over other agents (they understood my property and my needs far better). The process was not smooth sailing and the team at KFH were available to guide me through it, and were commercial and fast to act at the right times. Would definitely recommend!

FacebookKFH has great, attentive agents. The problem starts when their property management team picks things up. Horrible, unresponsive customer service. Had no heating for over a month last winter, have a leak for over a month now but the worst bit is I’ve been waiting for 25 days to hear on the return of my deposit. Classic case of sales doing a good job and services not delivering.

GoogleExcellent service all round and especially from Judy Urmossy. Judy could not have been more helpful to my wife and I. If we had any concerns especially with the Solicitors she would say 'leave it to me and I will sort it out' and she DID. The other very good aspect of her interaction was the way she kept us posted on the progress and status, without being asked. We can thoroughly recommend the Kfh West Putney branch as THE Estate Agent to use. Wendy & Tony Barnes.

GoogleSamantha Fallon and Judy Urmossy of KFH West Putney are simply fantastic. Having had our property on the market for a few months with another agent with no success; Samantha successfully sold the property within one month while making the experience as smooth as could be, even during the uncertain Brexit period. The service was above and beyond expectations throughout the process with excellent communication and professionalism throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the KFH West Putney sales team. GoogleWhen choosing an agent to sell our house..we asked the question...Who has greatest VISIBLE presence in our area...KFH - excellent signage, well located agency with clear and well displayed houses for sale. The team were just as good - on time, enthusiastic and had energy. Nothing was a bother and we listened to their advice and got a good result in a short space of time. They come highly recommended...don’t go past them!!!!

GoogleExtremely good agents who have acted for us on a sale and a purchase twice. The most recent experience was different because the market is a bit tricky at the moment but in spite of numerous challenges from buyers KHF where hugely supportive and worked extremely hard to get everything sorted and in spite of 2 sets of flakey buyers we ended up with our dream house. I couldn't recommend KFH more highly.

completely agree, they are now trying to hold me to ransom when i'm trying to source and fit heritage double glazing they say i must use their own contractor and supplier, and not an equivalent brand, of course their own supplier is much more expensive than other brand, shame, they could have had nice new windows on outside of block, for now i will not bother , so they are left with the old 1920s crittal ones, and they say its all about aesthetics ! loads of crap, all about using their nominated supplier, avoid kfh like the plague if you can, they are a big corporate rip off, who fleece their clients . shame on them .
