GoogleRamsay and Jonathan were excellent from start to finish and provided a very professional service. They achieved 2.5% more than the valuation of a rival local agency. Unfortunately I had the most difficult buyer you could ask for, and I felt sorry for the KFH team having to deal with him, but they did so very professionally and helped us get through the difficulties. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMoving to London was a scary thought in itself and having phoned several agencies, there was one agent who stuck in my mind. I didn't want to register as the move wasn't set in stone (and was eventually cancelled) but the advice and knowledge Kyle in the Lee office shared with me regardless of this was on the money. Gold in fact! I didn't end up moving to Lee area but his knowledge of this area and the potential schools for my children was amazing, he was like a one stop shop for the area even answering questions regarding properties in Lewisham and Greenwich too. It's not often that i leave reviews but it just made such a difference being able to speak to someone who i felt genuinely wanted to help me and not just force me into making big decisions that i might regret. He provided all the information I needed and more. Thank you

GoogleMy partner and I recently bought a maisonette in Lee, we are first time buyers and didn't have a clue what to expect. Kieran has been brilliant, he's answered all my ridiculous questions, kept us updated every step of the way and has gone above and beyond. Can't thank him enough, buying a house is very stressful and Kieran has been super organized and helpful every step of the way ! If we ever sell I would definitely use KFH! THANK YOU!

GoogleThank you to Ramsay and Sarah at KFH for assisting in our house sale. They handled our situation with sensitivity and managed a seamless, and efficient sale. The process was made effortless for us at every stage: early consultation and valuation, photography and promotional materials, marketing, viewings and offer. Support continued through the pre-completion stage too, with frequent updates and prompts from the office. I suspect that the KFH team were working hard on our account, but for us (selling) it just remained remarkably easy. And easy was exactly what we needed. Thank you.

GoogleI've just exchanged on the sale of my flat in Hither Green with Jonathan Lawrie of KFH, and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The transaction has been a slow and painful one for reasons beyond our control, and Jonathan helped keep things on track to the extent that I'm certain the sale would have fallen through at several points without him. I found everyone I dealt with at the branch to be really helpful, and the photography process extremely professional. My advice would be to work with KFH to establish an asking price that you know instinctively to be achievable, as I felt they went in a little high at first. But once we'd got that right, it was to the benefit of all parties, and is not a criticism, just a point to consider. Thank you to Jonathan and all the team, it hasn't been enjoyable but it has been memorable, and I couldn't have asked for anything more!

GoogleMy mum is selling her home through KFH Lee. The initial meeting with Ramsay was excellent - he really understood our situation and requirements and advised us on the marketing strategy. Within a day of instructing KFH Lee, the rest of the team (Danielle, Kieran, Jonathan & Daniel) had visited my mum's home, met my mum and arranged viewings for the rest of the week. Outstanding service! The whole team are a pleasure to work with - very proactive, polite and not at all pushy.

GoogleThank you to KFH Lee, especially Kyle who was really helpful throughout the whole process of finding a new flat, from viewing the property until moving in. He was really professional and was always really prompt in answering all my queries. I was always kept up to date with developments throughout the process, which takes a lot of the stress off when moving. Kyle also followed up after I moved in as well to check all was going ok. Really great service!

GoogleVery pro-active service received from KFH in the sale of my flat in London. The team persevered with conditions of the market at the time and continued to push things for me. Kieran Goode was fantastic. He kept me up to date with everything going on, ensuring to call me back before the end of the day, often quite late in the day. He knew how to deal with things and in general he appeared to work extremely hard on my behalf.

GoogleFranck was our agent helping us to buy our first home in Hither Green. He is friendly, quick to respond, provided good advice at the negotiating phase, was accommodating when we/or potential contractors needed to visit the property. Franck also kept tabs on the progress of the sale on a daily basis and went out of his way to remove any potential obstacles and avoid delays. Overall, KFH was the best estate agent we dealt with, and we dealt with many over the last 1,5 years.

GoogleKFH Lee were very professional and efficient in selling our family home. James kept us updated on the chain on a regular basis, and kept the process on track, as far as he was able, chasing up solicitors, whenever there was a delay. When our purchasers' solicitors, Countrywide (incompetent and careless throughout, do not use!), screwed up on the names on the contract, James sent a member of staff up to London to get the amended documents signed. Very impressed with the service we got from all the staff at KFH Lee.

GoogleCould not recommend KFH Lee highly enough. I had my property on the market with another estate agent originally and after 3 months got frustrated with lack of communication, little viewings and no offers. After switching to KFH, the property was under offer in 2 weeks and we exchanged / completed within 8 weeks. Franck Rouget was outstanding. Professional, honest and fantastic communication skills. He kept myself and my husband updated every step of the way. The best estate agent I’ve ever worked with and the service we received was incredible. Very happy customer!

Our property was sold quickly and efficiently and for a great price considering the current market. We predominantly worked with Daniel Mans throughout our sale, who provided a brilliant service.
