GoogleSo far so good with KFH Lee branch. It was the first Estate Agent that I registered with and I'm glad I made the choice. Tasheria Berry has been very helpful and attentive to my needs and requests in purchasing a property. She took the initiative in passing my details to a mortgage advisor who could assist with my particular circumstances; which as a first time buyer I've found very helpful. I look forward to the continued professional service from Tash and KFH.

GoogleJust completed on what was at times a tedious house purchase, but the team at KFH were fantastic from start to finish. A massive thank you to Tasheria for being there from the first call and keeping us updated all the way through, and recommending Sophia their broker who did an amazing job. To lastly James the manager for providing some much needed humour in the closing days! They are a great team, and I would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI recently purchased my first home through the KFH Lee branch in South East London. Zack Little was the estate agent I used from the branch and he was fab. Genuinely good natured, polite, personable and professional, Zack knows his market and his customers. He is very considered, and politely persistent, in his approach. He doesn’t show you just any property in the hope of making a sale, he’ll take the time to get to know you and work out what you’d like. Basically, he listens. Zack made my first home buying experience an enjoyable one. He’s a genuinely nice guy with a great personality, who takes the time to listen to find the right properties - and the home he found me is just perfect.

GoogleWe bought our home through KFH, and they were outstanding. Really professional, prompt, friendly and always went the extra mile. The chain ran into a number of unforeseeable issues which caused some delay, but KFH were so helpful in resolving these issues. In particular a huge thank you to Shianna and Ramsay!

GoogleThe Lettings Team at KFH in Lee were fantastic. We had been let down by another agency before coming to KFH, and so needed a property as quickly as possible. The team were brilliant, they were quick to respond to emails and phone calls and no task was too big for them. We really needed our hands held and to be looked after and they did just that. I have been recommending them to everyone!
