GoogleMicah was kind and patient. A little bit more of attention or team work with city Estates would be good when handling the flat to new tenants so everything is in order, but in general a smooth transaction.

GoogleI don't normally write online reviews but I have to say Ramsay and his team did a fantastic job selling our property. We were overseas, communication was not straightforward, it was a very difficult market, and problems along the chain dragged the process out for what seemed like an eternity. Ramsay was always very professional, understanding, and provided a great level of service right to the end, and especially right at the end.

GoogleFinding a place to live currently is very tough but Micah Roye provided tremendous help and ensured I had all the guidance I needed. It was my first time going through an estate agent to find a property and Micah made me feel at peace with his expertise, consistent communication and professional nature.

GoogleI recently used KFH at Lee (SE12) as a letting agents to find me a tenant for my property. Edmund Abatan was very professional the whole way through the process and answered every question I had, no matter how silly it may have seemed! If he didn't know the answer, he would find out and got back to me very quickly. Edmund is very polite and well mannered, and I really appreciated the full attention he offered me.

GoogleReally good experience with the KFH team. Kieran was my estate agent and was a great communicator from beginning to end. He knew I had been looking for a property for a few years now. Gave me useful tips at the beginning of the process especially. Felt I was listened to throughout the process and my thoughts and issues were relayed accurately to the seller in order for me to happily securely complete the purchase! Thank you Kieran!

GoogleI was helping my friend Selma to try and find a flat in London. She has Asperger's Syndrome and had previously struggled to find a place in London, despite being an excellent tenant, having a rent guarantor, and so on. Edmund Abatan at KFH in Lee was absolutely fantastic from the moment he introduced himself. He offered a brilliant service throughout and was extremely accommodating to Selma's requirements. He is truly a credit to an industry that is rarely celebrated for its kindness and honesty.
