GoogleWe were in the market for a new home for months, and KFH Lee was our best experience by far. Micah Roye was our agent and was diligent, knowledgeable about the area, committed and courteous. He helped us find a great home that fit all our requests. The transitional steps were seamless, with Micah remaining available to assist with specific questions and facilitate as we moved through the various steps. The KFH Portal was also really handy and simple to use. We're definitely happy to recommend KFH Lee and Micah.

GoogleI recently secured a property from KFH and the experience was lovely. Jade Nash is their lettings Senior negotiator and she is a kind, efficient and diligent person. She made sure everything ran in a timely manner and would check in on me, to remind me of things I forgot to do. As life can be hectic in terms of my work and family duties. In the property industry from my experience most people just want to fill a house and don’t try to treat people with patience and kindness along the way. Jade Nash made the process a lot less stressful for myself and my family. Jade is honestly one of the best in terms of agents, as I’ve gone to other properties agencies and never got this standard till now!

GoogleOutstanding service from the beginning to the end. Edmund Abatan was the one dealing with my case and helped me renting out the property I currently live in. I can say that Edmund exceeded my expectations and has an amazing integrity and respect for the others that you can rarely meet nowadays. I cannot talk about the rest of his colleagues, but I highly recommend Edmund. Keep doing what you are doing, Edmund, because there’s a reason why you are there. Wish you all the best.

GoogleJade is a very amazing estate agent. Immediately on arriving to property. She was very helpful and communicative of the property and listen to our concerns regarding the things we were not sure about. She also advised us of the recent changes and works that were carried out on the property. She was very pleasant and her radiant smile made the environment very warm welcoming . I have been on several viewing and I must say. She has really been the only agent that was very supportive and understanding of our situation and what we were looking for in a home. I really wish a lot of estate agent could be as passionate about the job as she is.

GoogleEdmund is a life saviour. He helped us when no other agents could. Having in consideration how hard it is to rent in this country when you also have pets, he secured us the property we loved the same day we viewed it. The communication was flawless and transparent and he kept us on the loop at every single turn. I also want to mention how the agency has helped us through this whole process. Considering the rising housing prices we are experiencing in London, they have been one of the few agencies that weren't trying to take advantage of people's desperation and were there to help. The referencing process was extremely fast, and their partnership with HomeLet is one of the best business decisions they could've made. I can't recommend both Edmund and KFH enough!

GoogleOur recent house search with KFH was made very stress free by the professional and proactive attitude of Jade Nash. Jade has exceptional work ethics, a rare attribute hard to find in people these days. It was a pleasure to deal with Jade who was very thorough, polite and efficient throughout the process from viewing, referencing etc. Jade was updating Pattra and I at every stage, and successfully helped us to secure and concluded the rental of the beautiful and well located flat. Their incompetence, coupled with the property manager going on maternity leave without informing us was the final straw. When we asked Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward (KFH) to look for new tenants for us, the experience was stress-free. It was like a breath of fresh air. KFH found us tenants within two weeks of putting our property on-line. Their Lettings Branch Director, Elliot Swaby and his staff, Jade Nash and Aubrey Hamiliton-Jack, worked as a team to carry out the administration and completed the Tenancy Agreement to our satisfaction. GoogleUsing estates agents can be a really daunting experience for renters. I was looking for a flat on pretty short notice and decided to go through KFH, and I can say it was the best decision I made. Jade Nash was the first point of contact and she made the whole process very smooth. She followed up throughout even though I did not secure the first flat we viewed. Very lovely personality and gave a lot of detail on the landlords & property. Very professional and gives a very personalised experience you even forget you’re viewing a flat! Overall very happy with how quickly I got a flat that I fell in love with and the quality of the service I received. Would absolutely recommend Jade to anyone in the Lewisham/Blackheath/ Greenwich area looking for ‘homely’ flats with a beautiful story/history :)

GoogleMe and my family was looking for a new home to rent out in Lewisham and I was looking for a good agent and tried calling few places. However the most friendly place I have found is KFH. They reached me so quickly and made a true effort to find me the place. Edmund Abaton was the senior agent we worked with. He was so easily reachable and made an extra effort to find us the best place. We found him so friendly and helpful. We are so thankful to him. We are happily settled down in our new home now.
