I didn't end up purchasing a property with KFH, but the kindness, respect and diligence shown by Edgar was impeccable. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and he took the time to explain the flat buying processes and show me a number of properties that I hadn't considered before, respecting my requirements. Avoid. I won’t get into the details but our dealing with KFH seemed to include every negative stereotype of estate agents. Poor communication and no trust in what we heard when we did speak. Mel was great picking up our file on the last day before we exchanged. She clearly told us the truth and made clear the fact we had been stalled with lies. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, I had to ask them if they needed to see my ID. Honestly we could have left with the keys after just saying the address to the house. At the end of the day, this is still a service experience and our interaction with this office lacked any idea of that feeling to the customer.

Absolutely awful experience with KFH. Had my property on with them all summer after being told it would be “very busy”, I’ve had just one viewing and zero offers. The person supposedly in charge of selling my house seems to change every few weeks, making it completely disjointed and unprofessional. Total waste of time, utterly incompetent, and I’ll be taking my property off the market with them immediately. Avoid at all costs.

I had a lot of questions, both as a new-to-the-UK renter, and about features of the property.
