GoogleMe and my partner had been looking for somewhere to rent for a while now and finally got a couple viewings in a day,
the first place we went to view (not with KFH) we were met with a agent who was rushing us, rude, dismissed us and straight up lied to us about things…so we had low hopes when we then headed to the next property to view…
We were extremely happy to meet with Demi, she was the total opposite of the guy previously!
She made the process of **everything** so much easier!!
Any concerns she listened to, got fixed and came back to us with any updates the second she could.
Not once were we left in the dark or stressing about anything as she kept us up to date and worked with us amazingly.
We ended up going forward with renting the apartment and we couldn’t be happier with it,
We needed this process to happen asap, and she made it happen asap!!

GoogleThanks to Sarah and her team, I could sell a flat at a market price, within the expected time. It wasn't easy for many reason: I live abroad, a lease extension was required,the market moment was not ideal. Offers were coming in from buyers, but, they couldn't secure a mortgage due to the recent interest rates crisis.
From the first conversation we had on the phone, Sarah was extremely professional, helpful and honest. Any indication received, was proven absolutely truthful and reflecting the market reality. She also recommended professionals to take me through the bureaucratic side of the deal.
Like I said, the whole relationship developed over the phone. The capacity of generating trust from the very first contact is a talent.

A few things made this sale a bit more complex than the average property but the KFH team took it all in their stride.
This team handled us being remote from the property with ease, the entire process was completed over the phone or email.
The team managed around tenants who would move out ahead of sale, and handled some early feedback on teething issues swiftly to reach a respectful understanding of the boundaries needed to maintain a good relationship with both ourselves and the tenants.
