GoogleMihai was a fantastic agent throughout the entire process of buying my first home. As you can imagine, it was a long and far more daunting process than it looks on TV, but from start to finish he was incredibly informative and explained complex concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
He was always available whenever I needed to talk, and out of everyone involved in the deal, I can honestly say he was the one most on top of things at all times. He kept pushing the process forward, communicated regularly with the solicitors, and helped get me into my new home as quickly as possible.

GoogleThe level of service I received was consistently unprofessional and fell far below reasonable expectations. The specific issues are as follows:
Failure to Punctuality: I arrived for my scheduled appointment five minutes early. After waiting for ten minutes with no sign of the agent, I called your office. I was then informed that Paulina had not even left to meet me. She arrived a full 30 minutes after the appointed time, showing a complete disregard for my time.
Broken Promises and Lack of Communication: At the viewing, Paulina promised to email me an offer form that same day. After three days of receiving nothing, I had to follow up to request it. This initial delay was a significant failure in the promised service.
Misleading Information and Lack of Transparency: After I submitted my offer, I heard nothing for a week. Upon chasing for an update, I was then informed that the landlord had accepted another offer. However, I have since seen that the property is still actively advertised as available online. This contradiction suggests I was provided with either incorrect or misleading information.
The combination of chronic unpunctuality, failure to follow through on promises, and a complete lack of proactive communication has been deeply disappointing. This experience has not only wasted my time but has also caused significant frustration and eroded my trust in your company.

James has a great appreciation for his area and portfolio, and has passion for Real Estate. He shows the highlight of every property such as View, for example switch lights off to see the night and iconic structure, another example, he highlights the quietness of a flat, or hidden spaces of a flat. He's respectful to clients and tenant who kindly let the viewing take place. Resilience. His follow up care is swift and efficient.
KFH Marylebone is well place logistically and driven to succeed. The entire office was still at work at 7 pm. On a Thursday.
James McJ-S has excellent inter-personal charisma. The other offices knew him, and this sets the client in better standing as well.
