GoogleBrilliant Service!! We had a sales & Lettings valuation on the 13th Nov 2020 (the same day we rang the office) with Alex in Sales & Alex in Lettings. We were given very good advice on our refurbishment and realistic sales/rental expectations. 27th Nov 2020 we met with Marina in Lettings to start the marketing process and in less than 24 hrs (literally a few hours later) both Marina & Alex had found us prospective tenants, ready to move in before Christmas. I would definitely recommend using KFH in Catford. Thank you for all of your help and for a top quality service. Very impressed!!

GoogleI’ve bought 2 houses from KFH now, with Luke and Alex managing the sales. At all times they knew what was going on with the whole chain and were happy to explain everything to me. I wish I had used them for my house sale as well.

GoogleKFH is the best estate agency in Catford. Alex and Luke are stars and I cannot praise them enough. They found me a buyer within one day and they really work very hard for the sale to go through. They are always available and ready to help with any inquiries. Dealing with them is a pleasure and I strongly recommend their service.
