GoogleWe have just bought a house where KFH were the selling agents. We genuinely would not have got through the process without the assistance of Alex and Millie. It was a very difficult transaction with many ups and downs throughout but they were responsive, supportive and solution driven. I would highly recommend instructing them on any sale.

GoogleKFH Catford rewrote the old traditional concept of what an estate agent is. The team listened to my requirements (oops, unheard of) They were not pushy in any way but tried to reassure me throughout the process. Often backed up with statistics relating to local market movements. When the time was right they were able to seal the deal resulting in a 21% increase in value post COVID lockdown . It was a pleasure working with him from the very beginning: he was very proactive in showing us houses within our criteria at the start (I have to say this stood out: I rarely have experienced this with other estate agents and this is my 3rd purchase), had great knowledge of the buying process, provided us with helpful advice throughout, and was always available to update us. The team at KFH Catford have been fantastic throughout - from the first viewing during which they gave lots of interesting background information on the house to helping with several further visits to the house with builders and architects. They are patient, courteous and knowledgeable - i’d particularly like to thank lovely Marcus for being so supportive - his communication and help (with all my annoying requests ) have been met with professional but always kind assistance. All in all a very positive experience.

GoogleThoroughly professional and helpful, the letting agent handling our property, Omar, was wonderful. He took every opportunity to provide assistance and laid out all of our options clearly, provided plenty of pre-information, and then provided expert correspondence between us, the landlords, and all of the other facets of renting a new property making the entire process much less stressful. Wonderful service, thoroughly impressed and overjoyed with the end result. Highly recommend.

GoogleI have been dealing with Alex Hoadley and he has been excellent through the deal and even after completion day he was welcome and helpful. It was first time I deled with KFH, every single individual I spoke to was absolutely brilliant. I have to mention Emma Thorburn as well. She was very helpful. Due to this people my case was smooth and fast. It was pleasure to work with! I will always recommend them, thank you KFH!!
