We were able to rent a property through this branch. The property was made available on the correct date as per our requests and the staff were very friendly. However, it was a very unorganised and unprofessional process and we were charged fees that our previous real estate did not charge us. We weren't given information about the property even though it was requested.

I walked into KFH after viewing a couple of flats nearby that I wasn't that excited about. I met with Océane and we spent 15 minutes discussing what I was looking for, she showed me some options they had on their books and was very receptive to what I liked and didn't like about them. About 18 hours later I had an email from her with a brand new listing that had just come on the market. It was perfect for me and within another 24 hours I had got the tenancy. Couldn't be happier with Océane and everything she did to help. She responds quickly, cares about the outcomes of her clients and worked brilliantly with me all throughout the process of securing the property. Would definitely recommend contacting KFH and specifically Océane if you're looking to rent in the area!

My wife and I have recently started the process of buying an apartment in West Hampstead with Zoe Browne. She has been excellent and customer centric in our search for a home in West Hampstead. We are new to the process so she was able to guide us right from the start. My wife and I have found some of the good options for a flat to buy with Zoe and KFH even in a market with limited supply. She has been super supportive through the entire experience of buying a house and we hope to finalise our transaction in weeks to come. In addition, we also got the option to shop for additional services based on KFH's access to the ecosystem e.g. surveys, solicitors, mortgage advisors, house decorators, etc. This has been extremely valuable to us in the process. Hopefully we get to work with Zoe again in the future.

We recently completed on our property purchase and were helped in the process by Joe Newson from KFH. Our experience was extremely positive - Joe always made himself available, promptly responded to emails/calls, was willing to be flexible in his schedule with viewings, mediated well between us and the vendor, and above all else, found us a great property.
