GoogleI bought my property off Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) West Hampstead back in 2003 and they were brilliant to deal with then. Fast forward 18 years and I have just sold the same flat and they were equally fantastic. It was a long arduous process needing a reassuring hand, expert guidance and sometimes a shoulder to cry on which Chloe provide admiralty across the whole period. I could not have asked for anything more. She was fabulous. Supported by David, her manager and the rest of the team at KFH. I could not recommend them highly enough. As they say that form is temporary but class is permanent.

GoogleThey don't reply to emails and they don't get things that have been already signed done. They would promise things they cannot make happen and then ignore your emails when you ask for them. Terrible service in general. Once you sign the rent contract, they disappear, only show up to take your rent money, and then disappear again after.

GoogleI have recently embarked on a move from SE London to NW London. I spoke to several agents in the area who were not all that helpful and I was loosing faith in the whole thing... And then what started off as quick enquiry phone call to Elliott From KFH whilst en route to a meeting, resulted in me putting in an offer the next morning. He was professional, organised and helpful. Two weeks later and I’m in my new apartment!! Elliott has made the whole thing stress free. KFH are so experienced the entire thing is seamless from signing contracts to check in inventory. Elliott you outshine your competition, as do KFH. Thank you for your help on this journey.
