GoogleUsed to be good. Now their staff either doesn't have the proper training or they have got lazy! For lettings, their agents need to take a more hands-on approach to managing the property instead of just passing it onto the landlord to sort out - otherwise what is their fee for (the landlords might as well manage the property on their own and the estate agents charge their extortionate fees as and when needed)!! Having been with this estate agent for years, their deterioration in service is evident over time. I would urge them to correct this.

Google5 star service from our letting agent Sam Buckwald at KFH. Friendly, professional, very communicative and a pleasure to deal with. But above all he got the job done and helped us secure our dream property, with a fair due process (ie. not inviting 50+ people for viewings to encourage outrageous bids) and at a reasonable cost given the market circumstances. We’ve since moved in and are very happy with the handover and the property is immaculate. I would 100% recommend working with them to find a home. The wider KFH team that aided us in the process were warm, welcoming and helpful. Overall an excellent experience. Thanks again!

GoogleKFH branch in West Hampstead exceeded my expectations. The assistance, which Luke provided throughout the transaction, was excellent. James and David took care of post transaction arrangements faultlessly. When you walk in this office, you feel like dealing with true professionals. I'm very happy with the service I received here and will highly recommend using this estate agent.

GoogleKFH were the most professional agent that I encountered during my property search. I dealt with Dillen Ven who was extremely helpful and kept me fully informed throughout the buying process. Communication was always open and honest, without any of the manoeuvring or clichéd jargon that I experienced with other agents. I was very impressed with KFH and highly recommended them.

GoogleI have had an absolutely fantastic, 5 star experience working with Alex Fegan on the purchase of my first property, as soon as I met him I knew I was in safe hands. His communication skills are excellent and he was always on hand to guide me every step of the way. GoogleSam Buckland recently assisted us to secure our tenancy agreement. At a really bad time in the market we were really at a low point in our search for a flat. I cannot champion working with Sam enough. His professionalism, constant communication and genuine nature made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. From looking for a flat within our requirements, to putting in an offer and negotiating our tenancy agreement. He was on our team. Highly recommend working with Sam and the KFH team.

GoogleI’ve had a lot of dreadful experiences with letting agents in London over the last few years but I will be recommending KFH to my friends. Nye in particular was great. He went out of his way to be helpful at every turn and was always on hand to answer any concerns we had. I’ve found that it’s quite rare to feel like an estate agent is on your side but in this case I really did. Thanks for all the help!
