GoogleI didn't end up letting through them but Annie May was extremely helpful, and I would definitely look them up again if I move in the future.

GoogleWe had a great experience finding our new home with KFH. Danica was very helpful during the process and a pleasure to deal with - thank you!

GoogleWe sold our place in Muswell hill recently and I have to say James and Liam from the Muswell Hill branch did an absolute fantastic job throughout the entire process. From the due diligence on the offer received, following up with the other side when required, obtaining the required information and communicating it effectively to the last minute curve balls it was all handled perfectly. Most importantly remaining patient with us during the stressful moments and being a superb conduit between all parties involved.

GoogleWe would like to say what a fantastic job Visar Xhigoli at KFH Muswell Hill lettings department has done to rent our home, they have been very professional, worked effectively and efficiently. We would not use any other firm, in fact we are landlords and have only been using KFH lettings for years. They are the best firm we have ever worked with, they are brilliant, we would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you very much KFH for all your hard work we really value and appreciate it, we very much forward to working with you again in the future to rent our properties. James and Tatiana Tanner

GoogleI cannot recommend KFH more highly. They have just sold my two-bed garden flat in Muswell Hill, at a great price too. I was introduced to the full team at KFH at the beginning although one agent, Jon, was designated to manage the sale throughout. He was professional and attentive at all times and his sense of humour helped enormously. I couldn't have had a nicer person in charge of the process. The professional photographs they used to market my home were excellent. I think that was a huge advantage. I chose KFH because they had just sold a house opposite and the previous owner recommended them; also because they have a very high profile in this area.I wasn't disappointed.

GoogleVisar from KFH estate agency is a very capable and nice estate agent and provided an excellent service. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me make the right renting decision. As a single parent going through this process, he made sure that I find a house near a good school and in a safe neighbourhood. He arranged viewings according to my schedule very promptly. He kept me informed of new properties on the market until I found the home I needed. His negotiation skills with the landlord regarding work that needed to be done in the house are very good and paperwork was done very quickly.

GoogleJust wanted to say in my review that although my wife and I didn't end up securing a tenancy via Joe Riley at KFH, his efforts during our search over a four week period were both professional and genuinely helpful in all aspects regarding him trying to find us a suitable rental. If my experience is anything to go by, I feel would-be tenants should be able to deal with Joe Riley @ KFH with confidence.

GoogleWe just rented a flat through KFH Muswell hill! Our experience was generally good, barring some hiccups with regards to appointment times not being met despite them being set up in advance with our main contact in the office. However our experience with Farnaz (the admin coordinator), who went over and above (even helping us get some documents from the bank), and being responsive and friendly (even to our kids), helped make our experience positive.

GoogleNot often I leave a review but we had the best experience with Danica. She listened to the things that were important to us, searched through all the properties on and coming on the market and took one evening to show us all in bulk, until we came across the perfect flat... Honestly the best letting agent we have come across! Could not recommend more!! 💜💜PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleDealt with Visar - Muswell Hill Branch. Very helpful, great understanding and diplomacy. I would highly recommend them based on their knowledge of properties and market as a whole.

GoogleThe agents at KFH are all well informed, kind and a pleasure to deal with. They are honest about each property: which makes dealing with them far nicer and more human, than so many other estate agencies. When selling our flat, the team worked flat out and sold it within days of launching the property. I have nothing but good words to say about them and would happily use KFH to sell any property we were selling.

GoogleWe are just about to complete on our first house. George (who was based at the Highgate branch when we first viewed the place) has been helpful and professional throughout the process, helping to ensure rapid communication with the seller who was often out of the country. He has been proactive to get us answers to any queries and the way he has managed communication between the solicitors has been prompt and extremely professional.

GoogleWe bought our new house with KFH Muswell Hill and we can only say great things about them. We can especially praise the work of Liam Bray who helped us through the process with a great deal of professionalism and dedication. He has always been available for us, checking in periodically with all parties of the long chain and even passed by to congratulate us on the moving day. 5 stars, and all deserved.

GoogleI would recommend Liam and the team , highly professional and hard working . Very pleased with the service, from start to finish.
